This project took quite a while, is packed with a lot of different techniques and skills, from miniatures painting to weathering to electronic circuits.
The miniatures are the Ork Boyz already showcased if the previous post and the other three are 2 Chaos Cultist and 1 Chosen, from the old starter set ‘Dark Vengeance’ dated back in 2012 (6th and 7th edition of Warhammer 40k). They were painted roughly following the Crimson Slaughter warband color scheme.
The explosion effect is made with polyfiber paintend with the airbrush and a led tube (COB LED Flexible Filament). There are 3 more led to simulate the perimeter lighs and is all powered via 5v usb C Arduino converter (CH340E).
Finally the weathering effects are made mainly using oil/enamel and pigments.
